A seasoned professional musician, who decided at the age of 12 that a drum set was what I wanted for Christmas after seeing a local band backing up a singing group at summer camp. I got the drum set and I've been listening, learning and playing every since. It started with "Spontaneous Generation(SG)" doing talent shows, Battles of the Bands, backing up singing groups and single artist and evolved into "Leather". The 6 piece band that has opened for multiple recording artist with management by NY radio personality Vaughn"Velvet Voice"Harper of WBLS and a recording contract on Atlantic Records for my song "Walkin".
Well, its been a while since those days and the dream and desire hasn't faded so I thought, if I could write that song I could write more and that's where this chapter of my life's journey begins.
What I Do
For Years I've enjoyed the passion and pleasure of playing drums and singing the songs of many notably famous artist and bands, pushing aside the voice inside calling me to "write your songs.. sing your songs..let your voice be heard", felt, experienced and enjoyed.
So from months of long, late nights and early mornings grinding out what has become my debut EP Album. I've come from behind the drums and stepped up to the Mic to sing. What Inspires Me
I find inspiration in what I think are unique phrases or situations. I try to make my music representative of my experiences good and bad. I love the places that most people don't give a second glance
